Island's End Golf & Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Greenport, New York.
Island’s End is located in the heart of Wine Country on the North Fork of Long Island. The 6,700 yard layout runs from the Main Road, North to where the signature par 3, 16th hole shares the shore of Long Island Sound. From this location you can see the shores of Connecticut, or up and down the coast of Long Island. The hole itself is a challenging 185 yards. At times you may battle stiff winds coming off the water to a rolling right to left green.
Although semi-private, the course has mostly public players. Tee times can be reserved up to seven days in advance and walk on play for singles or doubles is generally available.
The Four Star rated course is uniquely constructed with small moguls, bunkers, trees, and doglegs to make it challenging for any player.
The greens are considered among the finest on Long Island. Small groups and outings are always welcome. The course features a driving range, four tee boxes on each hole, showers, a lounge, restaurant, and catering.

Challenging, but very fair layout. Fairways very well maintained, greens are superb ... large, some undulating all beautifully groomed. A genuine GOLF CLUB (rather than a country club). Modest club house and pro shop with basic amenities. Decent restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner available. The signature 16th hole is a challenging par three with a breathtaking view of Long Island Sound.

Conditions greatly improved this year. A pleasure to play. The 16th hole is worth the price.
